House Of Finesse uses multiple fulfillment sources, including made-to-order production and third-party suppliers. Shipping times, fulfillment locations, carriers, and package origins therefore vary by product.
Order processing
Orders begin processing after payment is successfully authorized.
Some Black Finesse merchandise is produced after purchase and requires production time before shipment.
Modern Finesse Boutique merchandise and other supplier-direct products may ship from domestic or international supplier facilities.

Shipping methods and carriers
House Of Finesse does not use one carrier exclusively.
Depending on the item, destination, and fulfillment provider, orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another carrier or postal service.
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout when applicable.
Split shipments
Products in the same order may be fulfilled from different facilities.
As a result, one order may arrive in multiple packages and packages may arrive on different dates.
This is normal for mixed-fulfillment orders.
United States and international shipping
House Of Finesse accepts orders for destinations where the storefront and applicable fulfillment provider offer a valid shipping method at checkout.
International availability varies by item and destination.
Some products cannot be shipped to every country or region even when other products in the store can.
International duties and taxes
International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by their country.
Unless specifically shown otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will normally be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Tracking information can take time to begin showing movement after a shipping label is created.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery date shown by House Of Finesse, Shopify, a fulfillment provider, or shipping carrier is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak seasons, inventory changes, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Rainbow Swirl Clogs — U.S. delivery: Allow approximately 13 days for production, followed by 8–15 business days for standard shipping after dispatch. These are separate stages and estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing and shipping times for other products vary by item.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an address error, contact info@shophouseoffinesse.com immediately.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production or fulfillment.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking appears stalled or a package appears missing, contact us with your order number.
We will review the available tracking information and determine the appropriate next step with the applicable carrier or fulfillment provider.
